S. 471.991- <br />471.999 and the Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920. As the regulations for said reporting <br />require the follow report data is to be reviewed by City Council and approved by <br />signature of the Mayor. <br />In order to meet the statutory delivery requirement, this report must be signed and <br />delivered no latter than 1/31/09 to the Minnesota Department of Management and Sudget <br />in St. Paul. Non compliance is subject to penalties. <br />Report Results: <br />As is shown on the compliance report it indicates that the City's compensation systems <br />approved by the Council are in compliance at a range rate of 98.37%. Of course only the <br />state can say this for sure. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />Motion to approve the report through the signature of the Mayor. <br />
