Klausing moved, Pust seco�ded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1377 enfitled, "An Ordinance EstablishEng a Housing Improvement Area (HIA) far the Westwoad Villag� I Townho�uses, pursuant to Nlinnesota Statutes, Chapter 428A;" amended as follows: Pa e 1 Section 1 of the Now therefore ... r�vis� wordin as fol�ows: "Pursuant to Minnesofa Statutes, Chapter 428A, there is hereby establishec� in the City of i�oseville a hausing improvement area over property commonly known as Westwood Village I To�vnhouses. Cauncilmember IhIan spoke in support of the ordinance as amended; however, requeste�d tha� the City Council hold a real discus�sion about t%e fairness of rhe propased cost allocation to the six smaller units; and for the record, opined the need for additional due diligence in the future, through provision by staff of addi- tional docurnents and information ta perform that due diligence.
