T'here are forty-seven (47) Units. Ali Units are restricted <br />exclusively to residential use. Each LJnit constitutes a separate garcel of rea� <br />estate. No addilional LTniis may be createc� by ihe subclivisian or conversion of <br />Units pursuant to Section S15B.2-112 nf the Act. The Unit identifiers and <br />locations of tlie Units are as shown on the Plat, w1�i:ch is ancarporated herein by <br />reference. T�e Unit identifier for a Unit is its lot and black number� and the <br />subdivision na�tne. <br />2:2 Unit Boundaries. The front, rear and side boundaries of each Lrnit <br />shall be ihe boundary lines of the platferl lot upon which the Dwelling is located <br />or intended to be lacated, as shown on the Plat, The iJniis shail have no upper or <br />lower boundaries. Subject to this Section 2 and Section 3, all spaces, walls, and <br />other irnprovements within the boundaries af a Unit are a part of the Unit. <br />2.3 A urtena�t Easements.
