Each Owner shall be a Member solely by reason of owcii.ng a <br />Ur�t, at�.d the membership shail be transferred v�r�th tlse eonveya.�ce of ihe Owner's <br />interest in the Unit. An Owner's membership shall te�•minate when the Owner's <br />ownership terminates. Wben mare �har� ane Pers�n is an Owner af a Unit, a11 such <br />Persons shall be Meiribers; but znultiple ovirnership of a Unii shall nat increase t}ie vot:ing <br />rigi�ts allocated to s�ch Unit nor authorize the division of t.�e vating rig�its. <br />4.2 Votin� and Cam�non Expenses. Each ITnit is assigned oz�e vote. Camrr�on <br />Expense obligations (subject to Section 6.4) are ailocated equally among the Units, with <br />each Unit being allocated 1/47�` of t�e Common Expense obliga�ions. Said rights and <br />obligations shall be auto�natically realtocated on the same basis aFnong all [Jnits as and if <br />addi�ional Units are added to the Property. <br />4.3 A�,�urtenr�.nt Rights axtd ObIiga�ions. The awnership of a Unit shall <br />include the vating rights anci Common Expense obligations described in Seetian 4.2. �aid <br />rights and abligations, and the title to the Units, shal.l not be segarated or conveyed <br />separateIy; and any conveyance, encumbrance, �udicial sale or other transfer of any <br />allocated interest in a Unit separate from the iit�e to #l�e U�tit shall be void. The allocation <br />of the rights and obligations described in, tilis Seciion may nat be changed, except in <br />accordance with the Goverzuztg Documents and fhe Act. <br />4.4- Authori to Vote. The Owner, or some nat�r�l person designated ta act <br />as proxy on behaIf of the 4wner, and who need not be at� Owner, znay cast the vote <br />allacated to st�ch Unit at meeti�gs of tlae Association. However; if there are m�ltiple <br />�wners of a Uni#, onTy the Owner or ot�er Persan designed pursuant to tffe pxovisians of <br />the Bylaws rr�ay east such vote. The votiiag �ights of Owners are more fully described in <br />Section 3 of the Bylaws. <br />SECTION 5 <br />ADMINTSTRATIQN <br />The administration and operation of the Association az�d ihe Property, it�cluding <br />bttt noi limited to the acts reqtzired oi ihe Association, shail be �ave:rned by the follovt�ing <br />pravisions: <br />5.1 General.
