Each Owner shall be a Member solely by reason of owcii.ng a Ur�t, at�.d the membership shail be transferred v�r�th tlse eonveya.�ce of ihe Owner's interest in the Unit. An Owner's membership shall te�•minate when the Owner's ownership terminates.
