Legal relief may be sought by the Association, at its <br />c�scretion, against any Owner; or by an Owner against the Associa�ion or another Owner, <br />to eza£orce compliance with the Governing Doc�nents, the Ru1es and Regulatioris, the <br />Act or the decisions of the Assoeiation. However, no Owner may withhoid any <br />Assessments payable to the Association, nor take ar ornit other action in violation af the <br />Govern.ing Documents, ti'ie Rules and Re�lations or the Act, as a measure to enforce <br />such Owner's position, or far any other reason_ <br />14.2 Remedies.
