Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROSELAWN AVENUE BETWEEN HAMLINE AND VICTORIA WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted December 15, 2008, received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of: Nei hborhood Street From To 57/59/60 Roselawn Avenue Hamline Ave Victoria Street WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on January 26, 2009, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 26, 2009. 3. The City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
