EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of December, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn; and the following were absent: None Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10054 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAFFIRMATION OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY AT 244 MINNESOTA AVENUE (PF 3445). WHEREAS, Glen Jerry has requested reaffirmation of a Minor Subdivision of land approved in 1980 for property located at 244 Minnesota Avenue; and WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the existing parcels are legally described as: CAPITOL VIEW HILLS NO. 2 LOT 3 BLK 1 PIN: 12-29-23-44-0020 and MICHEL'S REARR OF LOTS 9-16 INC MACKUBINAND INGLEHART ADD OF OUTLOTS TO ST PAUL THEN150FTOFTHEE43 FT OFTHE W154.08FTOFTHE E 1/2 OF LOT 4 PIN: 12-29-23-44-0021 WHEREAS, the reaffirmation request will create two parcels that were previously approved by the Roseville City Council (1980) be legally described as: CAPITOL VIEW HILLS NO. 2 EX THEW 37 FT; LOT 3 BLK 1 and MICHEL'S REARRANGMENT OF LOTS 9 TO 16 INC. MACKUBIN & IGLEHART ADDITION OF OUT LOTS T THE W 37 FT OF LOT 3 BLK 1 CAPITOL VIEW HILLS N0.2 AND INSD MICHEL'S REARR OF LOTS 9-16 OF MACKUBINAND INGLEHARTS ADD OF OUTLOTS TO ST PA UL THEE 43 FT OF THEW 154.8 WHEREAS, the previous request was never recorded after the approval; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create two residential parcels at 244 Minnesota Avenue:
