Underground parking will be added. <br />Aeon will make considerable improvements to the buildings' interior and exterior. <br />Landscaping and a recreation area will be added, helping to significantly improve the <br />property's overall curb appeal. The redevelopment plan includes the addition of several <br />rain gardens for storm water management and visual interest.
