Our For Aeon, "home" is not simply four walls with a roof, or a place to sleep. Home is a Commitment to place that is stable, safe, secure and healthy, shaped by the people who live there and the our residents community around it. Aeon's vision is that every person has a home and is interconnected within community. A focus on Aeon formed a partnership with the Center for Sustainable Building Research (CSBR) at sustainability the University of :Minnesota and the Center for Energy & the, Environment to gain knowledge and experience on rehabilitating a property in a sustainable and feasible way. The partnership focuses on pre- and post-construction analysis of energy efficiency, sustainable building materials and installation techniques. In addition to creating operating efficiencies and healthy homes, the initiative will provide valuable lessons for future Aeon redevelopments, as well as for others in the affordable multi-family housing industry.
