~~~Ii~ C~ <br />U <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11 ~' day of May 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and was absent. <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE MAP <br />DESIGNATION AMENDMENT FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO HIGH <br />DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR 2025 COUNTY ROAD B (PF09-002) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on March 4, 2009, <br />pertaining to the request they received from the Andrew and Sue Weyer (property owners), and <br />Art Mueller (applicant) for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property addressed <br />at 2025 County Road B; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "LD" (Low Density Residential) to "HD" (High Density Residential); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said properties are legally described as: <br />Requires Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (4-3) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of May 11, 2009, was presented <br />with the project report from the Planning Division regarding the subject request; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby approves the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from "LD" (Low Density Residential) to "HD" (High <br />Density Residential) for the property at 2025 County Road B, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />b. Passage and publication of an ordinance properly and consistently rezoning the <br />subject parcels. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
