Establish a Public Hearing to Consider Issuing Conduit Debt Refunding <br />Bonds for Eagle Crest Senior Housing/Presbyterian Homes <br />Roe moved, Johnson seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10706 entitled, "Reso- <br />lution Calling for a Public Hearing on the Issuance of Health Care and Housing <br />Revenue Refunding Bonds and Authorizing the Publication of a Notice of the <br />Hearing (Eaglecrest Project); scheduling the Public Hearing for June 15, 2009. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Johnson; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />e. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with Capitol Region Watershed Dis- <br />trict (CRWD) for Maintenance of Stormwater Management Facilities <br />Councilmember Roe requested clarification as to whether there would be no sub- <br />stantive changes to this document, since approval was occurring while the docu- <br />ment, [ ,was still in draft form. <br />City Manager Malinen advised that any changes would be minor, and not substan- <br />tive, and was a formality for approval of the Watershed District's attorney as to <br />form. <br />Roe moved, Johnson seconded, approval of a Memorandum of Agreement, Con- <br />tract between the City of Roseville and Capitol Region Watershed District <br />(CRWD) for Maintenance of Stormwater Management Facilities. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Johnson; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f.
