NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville dam hereby RESOLVE, that upon the payment of $514.29 by said Alvin W. Richter to the Village of Rosevi1le and the payment of the 1958 real estate taxes, due and payable in the year 1959, the Village of Rosevil1e will endorse and release all interest in the said payment from the state of Minnesota for the taking of said land and further, all interest in the said landc~~n by the State of Minnesota, including the assessment for sewer benefits,~~pon such payments r_l__JJa a.a the balance of the assessment presently due and owing after the deduction of $514.29 shall remain against the sole property described as follows, to-wit: All that portion of the westerly 220 feet of Lot 2, Michels Rearrangement of Lots 9 to 16 inclusive of Mackubin and Ig1eharts Addition of Out1ots to st. Paul, according to the plat thereof now on file and of record in the offioe of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, except that portion which lies between two lines run parallel with and distant l75 feet and 260 feet northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the east line of section 12, township 29 north, range 23 west, distant 508.2 teet north of the southeast oorner thereof; thence run westerly at an angle of 890 421 with said east section line (when measured from south to west) for 1,200 feet and there terminating. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate officers be authorized to endorse the said payment from the State of Minnesota and further the said payment of $514.29 paying the same to the County Treasurer.
