<br />RESOLUTION # 277 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />on Monday ---J April 13 , 1959, at 11:30 <br />o'clock A.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All <br />And the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced and moved that <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PROJECT NO. 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No.. 2, Project No.5 according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk <br />of said Village, said bids were received on April 13, 1959 at <br />11:30 .'clock A .M., opened and tabulated <br />according to law and the fo11ewing bids were received complying with <br />the advertisement. <br /> <br />Lamett1 & Sons, Inc. <br />F.
