<br />-<,?,?, <br />RESOLUTION # -i!9t- <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Peter Lametti Const. Company of <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, at <br />the tabulated price of $ 205,154.91 , <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Peter Lametti Canst. Company for <br />$ 20,,754.97 in the name of the Village of Roseville <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Ne. 2, Project No.5, according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village <br />Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk, with the <br />right reserved to the Village of Roseville, by appropriate change order <br />and wi thin thirty days from cia te thereof, <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the sucessful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until a contract has been sighed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconcied by Trustee Carlson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the follewing <br />v oted against: <br />'Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
