Driveway Setback Deviation: In addition to other requirements of this section the <br />development review committee prior to recommending approval or denial of a driveway setback <br />deviation, shall. consider the following factors• <br />a. The intended use of the proposed driveway or drivev~~ay expansion• <br />b. The proximity of the proposed drivewa~o bedrooms on adlacentpro erties• <br />c. The potential for the proposed driveway to cause stone water problems nn adjacent <br />properties; <br />d. The aesthetic impact of the proposed driveway and <br />e. The incorporation of landscaping and/or fencing to screen the proposed driveway from <br />adjacent properties. <br />3. Impervious C.overa~e Deviation: In addition to other requirements of this section the <br />development review committee prior to recommending, approval or denial of an im ervious <br />coverage deviation, shall consider the following factors• <br />a "The proximity of the_proposed impervious covera e to sensitive natural fc;atures• <br />b. T'he potential for the excess impervious coverage to cause storn~ water problems on <br />adjacent properties; and <br />c.
