Mr. Mueller noted reductions in square foatage, the number of u�its, additional <br />43 underground parking space; and his support of th� seven (7} staff-recommended <br />�a conditions as detailed in th.e staff report dated March 4, 2009. <br />�5 Tirn Johnson, Station 19 Architeets <br />�� On behalf of Mr. Mu�ller, Mr. Johnson provided re�isions #o the architectural nature of the <br />ai building and relative facatian and setbacks to Midland Grove Road; reduction in the <br />48 overafl footprint; and relocation of the driveway and minimal reduced pavement area, in <br />a9 addition to meefing setback requirements. <br />50 Mr. Johnson asked that the Alanning Commissian consider land use designation higher <br />51 than Low Density; opining that this parcel was �ot, but shauld have been, considered in <br />52 the o�erail Comprehensi�e Plan Update, recently completed and currently before the <br />
