Having been t�e City's <br />consultant durir�g the design process, we are pleased to have the opportunity to propose our <br />services for the construction phase of the project. Our history with and knowledge of the project, <br />combined with aur fieid stafi's exp�rience, makes us fully qualified to administer the <br />construction phase of the project. <br />Our project team will be led by ,Iupe Hale, PE, wha will periorrn the construction rnanagement <br />duties. Jupe's experience as project manager far the design phase will ensure a smooth transition <br />co �he construction phase of the project. 3upe will be assisted by Andrew Plowrr�an, PE, who has <br />also been involved in the design of the Twin Lakes project, and wili help with questians relating <br />to the design.
