We <br />assume the project will start on june Z2, 2009. 'ihe anticipated duration of ehe <br />project will be 24 weeks, with the possibility of some �nal work Finishing in the <br />Spring of 20ZQ. Hawever, traffic will be apen by October 30, 2009, at the latest. <br />���'� The estimated hours for projeet management and construction observation are <br />based solely on anticipated wee�Cly hours and the construction duration provided <br />in the project sch.edule. It is important to note that actual hours for contract <br />management and construction observation wil! be dictated by rhe actual <br />construction schedule. <br />Construction s�aking and record drawing preparation indicate total praject hours <br />based on similar-size projects we have done in the past. A!i estimated hours are <br />muftiplied by the appropriate ho�rly rates per WSB's 2009 Fee Schedule <br />{attached).
