The construction site has ar�as a�contamination. Braun [ntertec will <br />pravide an on-site technician to screen the soil and make determinations about <br />how excavated materials need to be handled accord9ng to th� RAP/CCP. Braun <br />1 ntertec will provide services to test the soil and groundwater, They will also <br />prepare a final RAP/CC[' Implementation Report and attend one m�eting with ihe <br />MPCA, one meeting with WSB and the City, and attend the preconstruction <br />meeting. <br />Estimated Fees for thts task: <br />Tota1= $69,758 <br />*See attached sc�mmary of environmental testing services. <br />Task 6- Braun [ntertec Braun ]ntertec will also be praviding material observation and testing services for <br />Geotechnicai Services this project. They wi�l prpvide concrete and bituminous testing, soil material <br />tes�ing, and genera! engineering oversight. Th.ey prepared the geotechnical report <br />for this project, so they are very familiar with the sails in this area. <br />E'stimated Fees for this task: <br />Total: $37,316 <br />*See attached summary ofgeotechnical services. <br />Task 7- Landscape Shop H�gi will provide shop drawing review far the irrigation, paver mockups, wa11 <br />Drawing Review ' stone, hpltards, lighting, metals, plant�ng soils and plant ma[erials, as welE as any <br />additional items landscaping or lighting related.
