This proposal was developed with the understanding that the scope of services defined herein will be required and requested during our normal work hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, M�nday through �riday. 5ervices that we are asked to provide to meet the project requirernents or a contracto�s construction schedule outside our normai work hours will be invoiced using an overtime rate factor. The factor for services pro�ided outside our normai work haurs or on 5aturday will be 1.25 times the normal hourly rate for the ser�ice provided. The factor for servi�es provided on Sunday or legal holidays will be 1,5 times the normal hourly rate for the service pro�ided.
