A <br />technician in anticipated to be onsite �alf-time during this time for corrypaction testing, <br />■ Utility installations will be substantially Complete in six weeks. A technitian is anticipated to be <br />onsite half-time for tampaction testing, <br />d Periodic excavatian observations of road, structure and pipe subgrades are ar�ticipated during <br />road and utility installation. We ha�e anticipated 20 ho�trs onsite for an engineering assistant or <br />geotecfi�nical engineer ta e�aluation the suitability of subgratles. <br />m P�acement and comgac#ion of bituminous pavernent will be substantially complet� in six days. <br />■ Concrete pavement/sidewalks will be compfeted in twelve plac�ments and curb-and-gutter will <br />also require twelve placements. <br />ff the pace of construction is different than described above, this proposal shv�ld be revised. <br />C05� <br />We wifl furni5h the servites descrit�ed herein for art estimated fee of abaut $ 37,316. A tabulation <br />showirtg haurly and/or unii rates assaciated with o�ar propased sc4pe of services is attached. <br />Our work will ex#end over several in�oi�ing periods. As such, for work that is �erformed during the <br />tourse of each in�oicing period, we wilE subrr�it partial progress invaices. <br />Additional Services and Over�ime <br />It is ciifficult to estimate all of the services, and the �uar�tity of eac� service, that will be required for any <br />project. Our services are also directly cantrolled by the schedule and performance of others.
