Draft minutes of the Planning <br />� c Commission meeting are included with this report as Attachment E. <br />1C H.O RECOMMENDATION <br />� c Sased on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5— 7 of this report, the <br />�c Planning Division concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission to <br />� c approve the proposed coNDiT1oNAL usE to allow the proposed sale of light-duty cargo <br />� c trailers pursuant to � 1007.015 and � 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code subject to the <br />� c following conditions: <br />11 a. Outdoor display area shall be limited to 3,000 square feet; <br />11 b. Outdoor display area and the lot area between the outdoor display area and <br />11 adjacent property lines shall conform to the standard City Code requirements for <br />11 industrial properties including, but not limited to, parking area setbacks, site <br />11 landscaping, paving, and storm water mitigation; and <br />11 c.
