The owner of all dogs or cats over three (3) months of age kept or maintained <br />� within the corporate limits of the City shall apply for a dog or cat license. The license <br />�s application shall be on forms provided by the City. The applicant shall also present <br />� proof of rabies vaccination to the City prior to issuance or renewal of a license. The <br />][] license shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed the expiration date of a two <br />11 (2) year rabies vaccination. A lifetime do� or cat license shall be available to those <br />1� owners who had their animal taQQed with a microchip and provide documentation of the <br />1� �rocedure. The ab��icant of a lifetime licensed dog or cat shall tarav�de proof of current <br />�� rabies vaccination before the end of the ��� vear of a two year xab�es yacci_ at�,,�,ion. <br />I� 2.
