However, �5 �� � 4 2.� �� �� �� �� �1 �� �3 �� 35 �� the applicant was reluctant to wait until this environmental process was complete. APPLICANT REQUEST: 2.1 According to the attached email, Cent Venture's consultant has indicated that it is unlikely that their work will be completed prior to the completion (and potential ap�roval� of the AUAR �iven their current work load. As such, and because the EAW process requires public review and governmental agency review that would further delay the project, Mr. Livingston has asked the Planning Staff if the AUAR would negate the need for an EAW, �'�'07-021_RCA_100807.ctoc Page 1 off
