However, <br />�5 <br />�� <br />� 4 2.� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�1 <br />�� <br />�3 <br />�� <br />35 <br />�� <br />the applicant was reluctant to wait until this environmental process was complete. <br />APPLICANT REQUEST: <br />2.1 According to the attached email, Cent Venture's consultant has indicated that it is <br />unlikely that their work will be completed prior to the completion (and potential <br />ap�roval� of the AUAR �iven their current work load. As such, and because the EAW <br />process requires public review and governmental agency review that would further delay <br />the project, Mr. Livingston has asked the Planning Staff if the AUAR would negate the <br />need for an EAW, <br />�'�'07-021_RCA_100807.ctoc Page 1 off <br />
