Staff had long suggested that the applicant wait until the <br />AUAR was complete before pressing forward with the redevelopmentproposal. <br />3.� Mr. Livingston's email to Interim Community DevelopmentDirector Mike Darrow on <br />Tuesday October 2,2007, states: <br />Until the delive�y of the AUAR it would be mo�e p�oductive to complete PUD <br />items not impacted by the AUAR o� EAWs o that upon the AUAR's completion the <br />application can be app�oved withoutdelay.
