(All required reviewing agencies were invited.) Facilitatedby DSU, this <br />],S meeting focused on the proposed analysis that would be used in determining potential <br />�� environmental impacts within the update area if redevelopment occurred in accordance with <br />I'� the Comprehensive Plan and/or kr�own development plans. <br />� $ � �, <br />�� <br />�0 <br />�] <br />On November 2,2006, the City held a community open house to present the proposed scope <br />of t1�e AUAR Update. Postcard invitations were sent to the Twin Lakes contact area as well <br />as to those who participatedin the Twin Lakes Stakeholder Process approximatelytwo <br />weeks prior to the event. <br />�� �.� On November 20,2006, Ciara Schlichting of DSU presented the City Council with an <br />�� overview of the AUAR Update Process and significant changes between the original 2001 <br />�� AUAR and ihe 2006 Update. <br />�� <br />2t� <br />��r <br />�8 <br />�� <br />�C� <br />�1 <br />�� <br />_, On November 27,2006, the Council tabled the scheduled public hearing of the AUAR <br />Update in light of the receipt of a letter from Roseville Twin Lakes LLC (the developer) <br />requesting to sever the Contract for Redevelopment between the developer and the City of <br />Roseville for properties within the Twin Lakes redevelopment area. The withdrawal of <br />Roseville Twin Lakes LLC's Twin Lakes West proposal impacted the draft Final Twin <br />Laices AUAR Update. Environmental QuaIity Board (EQB) rules require that the <br />Responsible Govez�raental Unit (RGU) examine an alternative based on its comprehensive <br />plan as well as a scenario that includes all k�zo�n development plans.
