A clear and unobstructed width of at i�a�t 15 feet of the traveled �art of ti�e <br />roadway opposite the standing vehicle must be left for the free passage of oiher vehicles. <br />S€�.bd. 2. 4bstructiorz of Mail Boxes. No person may park a vehicle so as to obstr�xct a <br />rxaail bn�. <br />Subd. 3. 4��der ta Proce�d. No p�rson tnay stop or park a vehicl� on a roadway when <br />directed or ardered �o proee�d by a police o�'�cer. <br />Subd. 4. Signs and Posting. No persor� may stop or park a vehicle at any place where <br />official signs prflhibit such stopping or parking. When a roadway is �e�nporarily posted <br />by arder of the police �or fihe purpose of traf�c contral, removal of snow, ice or waste, <br />�aintena�ce or improver�ent or otherwise, evidence of tk�e posting constitutes prima <br />facie evidence of the arder of the poiice and notice of same. <br />Section 915 - PR�VATE PARKING LOTS <br />915.01 Re ulations. No person �ay nperate a r�otor vehicle or� serni—public prnperty in <br />violation of any oificial sign, or operate at a speed greater ihan is sa% and reasonable under the <br />conditions then existing, and in no event at a spee;d in excess of I5 miles per hour. Parki�tg of <br />vehicles an semi-public properiy must con%rm ta any designated stails or positions far parking. <br />No vehicles �aay be parked or a�lowed to stand in an area designated or useci as a lane far <br />maviz�g tra��c so as to interfere with tlae mvvemenf oftra��c. The Palice Department may post <br />signs at any �ntrance to sex�i-public property frorn a roadway to �esignate one-way traf�c forr <br />entrance or exit, and the driver of any vehiele entering or leaving the semi-public property rnust <br />comply with any ane-way si�n so posted. <br />Section 920 - REMOVAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />AND ZLLEGALLY i'ARKED VEHTCLES <br />920.01 De��aitians. I'or purposes of this Section 920, the following terms have tl�e foiiowing <br />naeani�gs: <br />Subd. 1. "Motoa- Vehicle" or "Vehicle". A vehicie as cie�ned i� Mia�n.
