920.05 Repor�s of �oiice O�fc�rs and City Irnpound. Traffic �a�s �vill be used by police of�'icers <br />when direc�ing the towing and irn�ounding of a vehicIe. The tag is to b� in the form pr�scrib�d <br />by the Chief of Police and wili incIude �he rr�ake and license nurnber of the vehicle tagged, the <br />daie and time of the offense, the nature of the offense charged, ar�d any further info�nation <br />w�ich the C�aief of Polace dee�s necessary and advisable. The palice of�cerr will, if possibie, <br />await ��e arrival nf a taw t�uck. Wk�en a vehicle is to�ved az�d i�npoc�nded, it is t�e duty of the <br />City Impound to keep a"tow sheet" on a farta� fur�ished by the Manager, on any tows. Tk►e tnw <br />sheet must give the description of �he vehicte, vvith an inventory of any personal property visible <br />in the vehicle at the tirne of the arrival af the vehicle a� th� City �mpound. T�e description and <br />in�entory must include tl�e make and license number of the vehicle and the time of arri�al at the <br />City Impound, together with a statement of information as may be necessary to describe tI�e <br />vehicie and property. All tow sheets wil� be consecutively nunabere�. The orzginal and oz�e copy <br />of each tow sheet must be deiivered to the Palzce Departrt�ent, which will de�iver a copy to the <br />Cierk. <br />920.0G Authorization. Whenever it is found necessary under any Section of this Code or state <br />law to remove a vehicle illegally parked on a roadway, any police officer is hereby au�horized to <br />provide far the reznaval of tk�e vehiele ta the neaxest convenient �arage, i�po�nd la� or otk�er <br />plaee of safety. <br />920 07 I'arking During �r�ow Reznoual � <br />Subd. 1. D�r'rn� t�e period commencing November 1 of a�y year, to and including <br />April 1 of th� foliowing year, no person �ay stop, park ar leave standing a v�hicle on any <br />street or highway in the Cit� o�S�. Anthony befiween the ho�rs of 3:00 a,rn. to '�:00 a.m. <br />or in s�zch a rnanner as to impecte the plowing and/or removal of any snow, ice or waste <br />o� tk�e street or hig�way. <br />Subd. 2. Whene�er it is necessary to the pro�er direction control, reg�lation of traffic, <br />plowing and/or the re�raoval of snow, ice or waste, or m�aintenance or i��arov�zxaent of any <br />highway or street to rer�ove a�y ve�icle s�anding orz a highr�vay or stree� in tk�e City, then <br />any police nf�cer is auti�arized to provide �ar the re�nval of suc� vehici� ar�d have th� <br />same removed �n the nearest convenient garage or other place of saf�ty.
