V�le then took th� pla� <br />to the c�unty io walk Et #hrough on August 6th. 'ihe Ramsey Cour�ty Property and Recnr�s department did sign off nn ihe rnylars <br />Qn Augu�t 7th. A few days later we +�ere tald by the co�anty that uve would n�ed to have Eh� plat r�vised due to r�ew couniy <br />requirernents. We contacted t�e surveyor �rho made the appropriaie revisions; got th� approval frnrn th� caur�ty surveyor and <br />called us fnr pickup on �'riday, September �4th. VVe picked the mylars �ap frc�rn the surveyor ort S�ptember 18th and dropped <br />them o�f at the city of Roseville for signing. Again, various calls v�ere ma�e asking if the plat was ready. On 4ctober 95th we <br />were told ti�at ther� w�re sorne qu�stinns on the plat ar�d �old we shauld make contact with you.
