The requiremer�ts for this change were enforced as of August 15t of this year. Specificaliy, th� changes <br />th�k �f�ect o�r plat �re the sheei size, surveyor cerii#icatin� (mine), and notary setup. Ramsey Cnunty is requiring <br />that af1 rnyiars subrnitYs� fc�itawing this d�a�iine adh�re �a tY�e new statute. ��en �hough ofih�r cnuniies are <br />grandfathering in pre�iously sfia�ted plafis, Ramsc:y Caunty uvil! �►nt. As a result, we needed to pre�are new rnyiars <br />and ha�e therr� appro�ect by Ramsey County.
