This projec� will outlir�e the roadway <br />infrastructure itnpra�einents and public utilities necessary to suppart fiFture growth in this area <br />over the next 25 years. �n addition, the eosts associated with t�ese ixnpravernents will be <br />alloca�ed to the appropriate existing and future developznents/redev�lopinents, based on <br />vehicuiar trips identi�ed in the traffic model and potential redevelop��nt land area. <br />SCUPE (3F SERVTCES <br />We have divided the praject into three task groups. Revier�v th� Twin Lakes Business Park Cor�prek�ensive Plan Update receivec[ fram City of <br />Rc�seville (prepared by URS, Inc.). This report cantains the majarity of tlne puhlic utility <br />infrastructure needs assessrt�ent for the Twin Lakes redevelflpment area. This infarmation is <br />from April 2002 and �ust be updated based on the most recent devetapnrtent/redevelop�nent <br />scenarios. <br />2. Compile cost estimaie infor��ation available teo�n City of Rose�ille. Deter�nine gaps in data <br />and identify what new cos�s r�zust be ca�culated. <br />3. Ref �e east estimate inforinatian based on �ost receni ctevelopment/rede�elop�nent se�nario <br />and ex�rapolate cos�s to year 2U08 {new cos�s wi116e calc�lat�d as part Qf ihis task). <br />4.
