At least fi�re thousand (5,000) square �eet of land area for t�e exc�usive use of the <br />residents o�t�ie mobile horne located on the �at, with a minimurn width of �fty feet (50') and <br />a minimurn de�t�Z o� on� l�undred �eet {100'). <br />2.
