The mobile l�ome �ar� �rounds, stareet a�d <br />pedestrian areas shall be ligk��ed �iro� sunset to sunrise in aceardance with a lighting plan <br />approved by �he City. <br />Recreation Areas: A�1 amobile �ome parks shall have one or morc reereational areas whic�a <br />shall be easily accessible to ali par� resi�.ents. Rec�reational areas shall be so located so as to <br />be free of traffic hazards and sho�ld, where !he tapagraphy pez�r�zts, be ceni�aliy located. <br />The size o� s�ch recreational area shali �e a rninimum of ten percent (10%} a£ the land area <br />c�f th� �obz�e %a�ne park. All areas shall be la�dscaped in accardance with a landscapin� plan approved by the Ci�y. <br />S�orzn Sheltex: A storm shelter structure capable of housing all of the occupants af t�e <br />mobile �ome park sha�l be coz�strtxcted in a c�ntral loeation. Such struct�re shall be of an all <br />masonry construction capab�e af wiik�s�anding seventy five mile per hour winds. S�ch <br />s�ruc�ur� �nay house other cominan Cacilities s�c� as venda�zg �zachines, laundry equipment <br />and anciIiary utilities, but must have s�fficie�t floor space avai�abl� to house ihe �obi�e <br />hoz�e acc�pants.
