Garza rei�exated his opinion that �he Po�ice �epartment should <br />have said "no co�nmen�" in this case, rather than providi�g comment <br />and analysis. <br />1�. Councilmemher Pus� thanked Mr. Garza for coming forward; and <br />12 opined that this conve�rsatzon shou�d not he taking place at �onigh�'s <br />13 me��ing; but in some other forum deaXing with the more widesp�ead <br />14 issue. Councilmember pust reiterated her observation that there were <br />15 two issues, and added a thi�d issue as addressed by NIr.
