Approve Agenda <br />Counci�member �hlan not�d that hear requested item fiom the Ju�y 23, 24Q7 <br />regu�ar City Councii m��iing had not been included on tonight's agenda; and <br />requested �hat it be included on the Auguat � 3, 2007 agenda: "Reeeive an <br />�pdat� Regarding Twin Lakes Litigation; Eminent Domain; and Legal <br />Counsel." <br />24 Councilmember Ih�an questioned if st�ff had included copies of the Appeals <br />25 Court Orders regarding Twin Lakes lrtigation on the Ci�y's website for pub- <br />2C lic informa�ion and review; and asked that �� not, �t be done �t their earliest <br />27 convenience. <br />28 <br />29 Councilmember �h�an r�iterated her request of staf� frozn the July 23, 2007 <br />30 meet�ng to �repo�rt on haw Twxn Lak�s �xpenses would be identifi�d and paid <br />31 going forward, as well as pravid�ng an aeeount�ng o� expenses toTdate and <br />32 funds from wh�ch �hey'd been paid. Staff was reques�ed �o provide �his in- <br />33 �'orma�ion to the City Council and £o� pub��c in�'o�mation. <br />34 <br />35 Mayor Klausing observed that �hese items had been posted in t�e past; post- <br />36 ing had been discontinued for a certain period; b�t Finance Director Mi�ler <br />�7 confirmed thai �he figures wi�l be updated by staf� as soon as possibl�. <br />
