Ciry Council update HKGi wil[ �r�eet wiih the City Council in a wa�•k session to explain the future scenarios and tf�e evaluation approach. Cammunzty involvement This juncture in the �lanning process is a critical point �or com�nunity lnvolvetx�ent. We will use several approaehes to obtain guidance and to broaden participation. , • HKGi will desigrt and conduct a community workshop to abtain feedback on the future scenarias. We will use a combination oi presentation anc[ smali group input exercises to create an e��gaging and productive workshop. • HKGs wi[t work with City Siaff to produce a videofape of ihe infarmational presentatian made at the war�shop. This videotape can be braadcast on cable TV and put on DVD for use by ath�r groups. • HI�.Gi will prepa�'e a works�op kit fhat aliows groups to conduct the wor�shap and provide input. These kits vviil not be available untai a£ter the co�n�u��ity workshop so as no# discourage attendanc�. • HKGi wit] prepare an Internet survey that can be used fo�• input on the scenarios.
