Councilmember Ihlan proposed language revisions to the proposed ordinance as follows, substituting the City Attorney's revised draft as a friendly amendment: Section 2 entitled, "Subdivision O�dinance, " changed to �ead.• "The Roseville City Council he�eby adopts a mo�ato�ium, pu�suant to Minnesota Statute, Section 462.355, Subd. 4, on the �eceipt and p�ocessing of �� , �� o� futu�e �equests fo� subdivisions of lots zoned R-1 single family �esidential, whethe� these take the fo�m of �equests f�om mino� subdivision app�oval, majo� subdivision app�oval, subdivisions involved in planned unit developments, any �eplatting o� �ecombination o� changing of lot lines, o� any othe� action which othe�wise c�eates one o� mo�e new lots, with the bounda�ies of the City of ��t�i��.
