City Council Regular Meeting— O1/08/07 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 23 <br />on the table. <br />Councilmember Ihlan registered a point of order concern and <br />appealed to the Council majority for a ruling. <br />The appeal of Councilmember Ihlan was upheld by Council <br />majority on a�our/o�e (Klausing) vote and Mayor Klausing <br />yielded the floor the Councilmember Ihlan. <br />Councilmember Ihlan proposed language revisions to the <br />proposed ordinance as follows, substituting the City <br />Attorney's revised draft as a friendly amendment: <br />Section 2 entitled, "Subdivision O�dinance, " changed to <br />�ead.• <br />"The Roseville City Council he�eby adopts a mo�ato�ium, <br />pu�suant to Minnesota Statute, Section 462.355, Subd. 4, on <br />the �eceipt and p�ocessing of �� , �� o� futu�e <br />�equests fo� subdivisions of lots zoned R-1 single family <br />�esidential, whethe� these take the fo�m of �equests f�om <br />mino� subdivision app�oval, majo� subdivision app�oval, <br />subdivisions involved in planned unit developments, any <br />�eplatting o� �ecombination o� changing of lot lines, o� any <br />othe� action which othe�wise c�eates one o� mo�e new lots, <br />with the bounda�ies of the City of ����t�i��.
