Date: 1/29/07 <br />Item: 2.a <br />Minutes of <br />1/08/07 <br />�:i��' �f <br />' �� <br />�� <br />Minnesota, USA <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />DRAFT Minutes DRAFT <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, January 8,2007 <br />Public Reception Public Reception <br />A public reception was held for incoming Councilmember Dan <br />Roe and incumbent Mayor Craig Klausing at S:34 p.m. in the City <br />Hall lobby. <br />City Council Oaths of Office <br />Mayor Craig Klausing was sworn in by Mayor Klausing's sons, <br />Conno� and Spencer Klausing; and Mayor Klausing made brief <br />remarks and recognized family and friends. <br />Councilmember Dan Roe was sworn in by former Minnesota <br />Attorney General Mr. Warren Spannaus; with Councilmember <br />Roe making brief comments and recognizing family and friends. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at approximately 6:23 p.m. <br />and reconvened at approximately 6:3Q p.m. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing reconvened and called to order the Roseville City <br />Council regular meeting at approximately 6;30 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone. <br />Mayor Klausing introduced and welcomed incoming City <br />Manager Mr. William J. Nlalinen; and in turn, recognized the <br />services of and thanked Christopher K. Miller for operating the <br />City as Interim City Manager. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />
