All <br />I G Councilmembers were present along with City Manager Bill �ali�en. <br />l] <br />12 Agenda <br />13 Mayor Klausing noted that the purpose of the meeting was for an informal <br />14 discussion by the City of Council norms and basic understandings of how <br />15 Councilmembers dealt with each other and staff. <br />16 <br />�? Throughout the evening, Councilmembers referred to a tentative outline <br />[� prepared by staff, using a basic outline: <br />6� 1) The basics (norms for this meeting); <br />�� � 2) Expected outcomes of this discussion; <br />�t 3) I�Torms development; <br />�.'� 4) Norms consolidation; and <br />t� 5) Lv�lua�ionlNex� steps. <br />�� <br />�� Mayor Klausing deferred to Councilmember Roe, who had previously <br />��� submitted his introductory thoughts on tonight's discussion, modeled after <br />�? those norms used during the Imagine Roseville 2025 community visioning <br />��� process and his perception of their effectiveness related to civic life and the <br />�� public engagement process. <br />; �, <br />� E City Manager Nlalinen, at the request of Mayor Klausing, provided his <br />32 perception on the end product desired following tonight's meeting; noted <br />33 some of his observations during his brief time with the City to-date; and <br />3� offered staffs assistance to the City Council in providing techniques or <br />35 approaches to assist with the City Council's workflow with the limited time <br />
