This action specifically <br />7� approved a gas/convenience store and other officelreiaii/res�at�rant uses on the parcel <br />'� with a zoning of Retail Business (B-2) District. <br />�.� �."� Despite the 1987 approval, all official City Zoning Maps through 2005 identified the <br />'a subj ect parcel as B-2, Retail Business District.
