Attachment G: Draft Resolution EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26�1 day of February, 2007, at 6:40 p.�n. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ��.013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR BHJN, LLC AT 2459 RIC� STREET (PF07-004) WHEREAS, ACR Homes, the parent company of BHJN, LLC, is the owner of property at 2459 Rice Street; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: SECTION 12 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23 TRANSIT SECOND ADDITION SUBECT TO DRIVE EASEMENT LOTS 1& 2, BLOCK 1 PIN:12-29-23-14-0089 WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to operate a child daycare on property zoned B-2, Retail Business District; and WHEREAS, the proposed child daycare is a conditionally-permitteduse in the B-2, Retail Business District; and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated February 7,2007; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will/wz11 not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and �vi11lv�rill not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to AI'PROVE/DENY the request by BHJN, LLC for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordancewith Section $1013.01 ofthe Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions;
