L The sizelscale of the play structure in the playground area must be approved by <br />Community Development staff to ensure that it won't create a nuisance for the <br />adjacent residential properties. <br />2. The proposed playground area must be fenced to a minimum height of 4 feet. <br />3. Any signage must satisfy the requirements of the Roseville City Code. <br />4. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not applied for a building permit (for <br />interior modifications) by that time, pursuant to $1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoptionldenial of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly denied/passed and adopted. <br />
