C� ���� I[ <br />Fast Food Restaurant (Starbucks Coffee) with drive �hru, facilities on the west <br />side of the former Frank's parce1,1800 Highway 36 (�F07-009). <br />� 1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />t. 1.1 Kimco Realty seeks approval of a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the <br />.� construction of a stand-alone Starbucks Coffee (referred to as a Class II Fast Food <br />� Restaurant in $1005.015) with a single-lane drive-ihru. The structure would be <br />� constructed on the west side of the former Franks Nursery & Crafts building adjacent to <br />�� Fairvierv Avenue. <br />� 1.2 The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />� compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and property <br />���� values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibility with <br />� the City's comprehensive plan. The <br />_ Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request, subj ect to seven <br />�'��, conditions (as revised by PC).
