The applicant must submit a landscape plan consistentwith the Roseville City <br />Code, specifically including a mixture of trees, shrubs and perennials similar to <br />those previously supported on other areas of the site. <br />�', The applicant must submit a revised overall site plan to the City Planner for <br />review and approval that addresses large delivery truck conflicts as noted in the <br />SEH tra��'�c study. <br />�. The conditional use p�rrnii shall expire within six months of the date of City <br />Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved <br />development (Section 1013.03 of the City Code). <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />3� �. f On February 7,2007, the Roseville Planning Comn�ission held the public hearing <br />� r; regarding the Kirr�co/S�arbucks proposal. At the meeting no citizens addressed the <br />�: i Commission.
