Consider Adoption of a Resolution regarding the Request of BHJN, <br />LLC (a subsidiary of ACR Homes) to Approve a Conditional Use Per- <br />mit (CUP) for a Child Daycare Center in the Strip Center at 2435 — <br />2459 Rice Street (PF07-004) <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd presented and briefly reviewed the request of <br />BHJN, LLC seel�ing a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the inclusion <br />of a child dayca:r� in their retail strip center at 2435 — 2459 Rice Street. <br />Staff recommended approval of the requested CUP, subject to certain condi- <br />tions as outlined in Section 7 and subject to conditions in Section 8 of the <br />Request for Council Action dated February 26, 2007. <br />Discussion included proposed hours of operation; estimated traffic impacts <br />and increases for Transit and the adjacentresidential area; additio�a� access <br />
