Councilmember Roe noted the difficulty of this decision, recognizing good arguments on both sides and expressed his concern about official informa- tion of record. Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, appointing four at-large members to the single- family residential lot split study advisory group; and appoint a fifth applicant as an "alternate," in the event any of the appointed applicants are unable to fulfill the commitment. Appointees were: Gary Grefenberg; Darrel Le�ar- ron; Jeanne Kelsey; Vivian Ramalingam; with James F. DeBenedet ap- pointed as an alternate and encouraged to attend when possible. Roll Call Ayes: Kough; Ihlan; Roe; Pust and Klausing. Nays: None. Councilmember Kough expressed concern that as much public input as pos- sible, as well as his perspective, be heard.
