This will consist of the City Council's <br />COLA given for all staff and any market adjustment needed to come up to the group's average if <br />less than the COLA given. Also, effective January 1,2008 increase all I�C10� union <br />classifications by a one percent (1%) market adjustment. <br />B. Career Development Pro _� <br />On the employee's anniversary date, l�elshe will be eligible for a step increase. On the <br />anniversary date, the employee may be increased or held at the existing wage level depending on <br />hislher level of job knowledge, qualifications, skills, and performance based on the criteria set <br />out in the Maintenance Worker City of Raseville Career Development Program. The Career <br />Development Program sets minimum standards of achievement and slcills necessary for success <br />in each step as well as continued employment. <br />1� <br />
