�.� The representative for Nadeau Excavating provided the Commission with the <br />information, indicating that the dirt is form a bridge construction proj ect and is clean; that <br />they would install silt fencing and/or other measures as directed by City Engineer; do not <br />intend to store more that 3-4 pieces of construction equipment; and that there would be on <br />hazardous (iuellchernicala) stored on the premises. <br />��. � The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request by Nadeau <br />Excavating INTERIM USE PERMIT, subject to 7 conditions. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />�.
