EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �2QS�V�L,.�,� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26" day of March, 2007, at 6:0� p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §10�2.U9 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR NADEAU EXCAVATING AT 2814 CLEVELAND AVENUE (PF07-004) WHEREAS, Nadeau Excavating has requested approval of an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with $1012.09 of the Roseville City Code on property addressed at 2814 Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: REQUIRES CORRECT LEGAL PIN: 04-29-23-32-0003 WHEREAS, the applicant in cooperation with the property owner seeks to establish a temporary storage area in the southeast corner of the parcel; and WHEREAS, Nadeau Excavation seeks the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT to utilize the property located at 2814 Cleveland Avenue during the summer of 2007 for a temporary storage yard consisting of a few pieces of contractor equipment, job materials (including manhole sections, trench boxes, manhole rings), sand and cement (covered) and 4,000 cubic yards of granular material (from a bridge abutment project which must be stored then brought back for backfilling); and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated March 7,2007; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the request by Nadeau Excavating for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with Section $1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subj ect to the following conditions;
