Attachment F: Draft Resolution EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26" day of March, 2007, at 6:OU p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION DENYING/APPR4V�NG AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH $1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RAMSEY COUNTY AT 515 LARPENTEURAVENUE (PF07-004) WHEREAS, Ramsey County, is the owner of property at 515 Larpente�ar Avenue; and WHEREAS, the subjectproperty is legally described as: SARAH'S OUT LOTS TO ST. PAUL, SUBECT TO EASEMENTS AND SUBJECT TO LARPENTEURAVENUE AND WAGNERSTREET, A TRACT COMPOSED OF LOTS 1, 2, 7`, AND 8 PIN:13-29-23-33-0001 WHEREAS, the property owner seeks permission for a temporary concrete/asphalt recycling operation on property zoned R-1, Single-Family Residence District; and WHEREAS, the proposed recycling operation is not a permitted use in the �-1 District; and WI-IEREAS �!� 1�.�� of the City Code states: "The City Council may authorize an Interim Use Permit of properly. Interim uses may not be consistent with the land uses designated on the adopted Land Use Plan. They may also fail to meet all of the zoning standards established for the district within which it is located."; and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, and voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated March 7,2007; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that conditional approval of the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT willlwill not adversely affect conditions on nearby �gp'Li� and willlwill not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; �
